Devin Cress facilitated a 10-hour training over two days for our 2021 and 2022 Royal Family Kids Anchorage staff. She demonstrated professionalism in her presentation, preparedness, and in all interactions with our staff. She was easy to communicate with in planning, timely in her responses, and her training abilities were outstanding. She came prepared with all needed materials and equipment, and very effectively communicated with our training support team. She put together creative ways to share information and get participation from our audience in very meaningful and engaging ways. Our staff in attendance gave very high praise afterwards, and successfully demonstrated skills and understanding throughout the week that Devin trained on, showing that her communication and training style was very effective. We are very pleased with the training style and delivery of Devin Cress and would gladly have her again to train our staff.
